Throughout my stay, the response times for requests were inconsistent. I had to reflash my room key multiple times due to demagnetization. While the staff was friendly enough, the breakfast options left a lot to be desired, especially healthy ones. The elevator also felt like it needed some refurbishment. Overall, I would say while it was a comfortable stay, improvements are needed in the dining area and key management.
